The sample pack
Copper & Pine Mobile Bar is invented — every package, price and rule below exists to show the shape of a finished pack. Yours is written from your own numbers and never from these.
1 · The quote reply
Hi Dana — thank you for thinking of us for the 14th of June! Here's how we do it:
The Coupe (up to 60 guests, 4 hours, two bartenders) — $950. The Full Pine (up to 120 guests, 5 hours, three bartenders, glassware included) — $1,450. Both include our horse-trailer bar, ice, mixers, garnish and a menu card with your names on it. You supply the alcohol — we send a shopping list sized to your guest count so nothing runs out and nothing is wasted.
Signature cocktail (we build one around your story): +$120. Extra service hour: +$150. We hold a date on a $200 deposit that comes off your total. Want me to pencil in June 14 while you decide?
— Rosa, Copper & Pine
2 · The booking form
Q1 — Event date, venue name and address, and is the bar spot indoors or out?
Q2 — Roughly how many guests, and what hours should the bar pour?
Q3 — Which package are you leaning toward — The Coupe or The Full Pine?
Q4 — Load-in: how close can we park the trailer to the bar spot, and is there power within 50 ft and water on site?
Q5 — Anything your crowd loves (or must avoid)? Signature-cocktail ideas welcome.
Q6 — Your name, phone and the best way to reach you.
3 · The deposit email
Dana — lovely talking through June 14. To hold the date I take a $200 deposit (card or bank transfer — link below); it comes straight off your total, and the rest is due the week of the event. Until the deposit lands the date stays open to other enquiries — I never want that to surprise anyone, so here it is in writing. Any date change with 30 days' notice moves the deposit with you once, no fuss.

What we bring: the trailer bar, two bartenders, ice, mixers, garnish, napkins, menu cards, and the shopping list for your alcohol order sized to your guest count.
What we need from the venue: a level spot 16 ft × 8 ft, power within 50 ft (one standard outlet), water access, and load-in access 90 minutes before pouring starts.
Arrival: we arrive 90 minutes early, set quietly, and the bar opens on the minute you booked. Last call is 15 minutes before close; breakdown takes 45 minutes.
The alcohol: stays yours — we pour what you supply, and leftover bottles go home with you.
With the pack you also get the add-on menu wording and the day-of arrival text, plus a numbered list of anything your notes left open. Every price above is invented; yours are written from your own packages — $29, done in 2 days.
